Gorge Crest Vineyards Wedding

Jordan and Soroush were married at the stunning Columbia River Gorge venue, Gorge Crest Vineyards. On sunny days Gorge Crest has amazing views of Mt. Hood in the distance, however, on this day, it was overcast, with some rain. Instead of being sad about the weather, Jordan and Soroush just rolled with it. They had their first look in the rain, married indoors, instead of on the lawn, and then came with me for couple’s portraits during the brief moment when the weather cleared up for a bit. These pictures are some of my favorite to date because there was no posing or direction from me involved. It showed how happy and free-spirited Jordan and Soroush are, as they ran through flowers, grape vines, a field, and pear orchard. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience as a photographer.

SO perfect. With almost 150 guests and only one of her she somehow managed to photograph every one of our guests at some point throughout the day. Maria is incredibly talented and we highly recommend her, and in fact we already have!”
