I was happy to be reunited with Sarah and Brandon after their incredibly romantic and fun engagement session in the Columbia River Gorge. Not only do they have amazing chemistry together, but they love to have a good time, making them a wedding photographer's dream. We started the day at a cute rental in Vancouver, Washington before heading to their venue, Ainsworth House and Gardens in Oregon City, Oregon. The couple got ready in the historic 160-year-old Greek Revival-style house before saying their vows at the base of a giant pine surrounded by family and friends, many of which flew in from the Miami area to celebrate with the couple. Sarah and Brandon wanted a woodland-themed wedding, but made sure that the wedding had personal touches as well, including some interesting song choices (from movies/anime), Zelda-inspired champagne flutes and a Russian-imported hand-made glass pyramid to house the rings. The joy and laughter that filled their day was such a reflection of the couple, at least from my experience working with them, and it was a wonderful way to start my Oregon wedding season this year!
